Cultural Day is a special event marked by many schools as a day set aside for the celebration of our rich and diverse cultures.
We all come from different cultural backgrounds and are often intrigued by other people’s cultures. Culture refers to the total way of life of a people. This entails the language we speak, the clothes we wear, the food we eat, our historical origin, the way we treat people, and even how we sing and dance!
Simbed as part of its co-curricular activities,Simbed used this year’s Cultural Day event to drum a sense of culture into the consciousness of their pupils. The teachers and parents worked together to teach their children their native language, food, dance, and traditions.
